This Saturday,Don Julio,Frida, Guelaguetza,Herradura,La Casita,La Monarcha Bakery, and other food and beverage representing Mexico celebrate 200 years of independence and Mexican gastronomy's recent recognition by UNESCO as a world heritage cuisine.
